Our Eyelash Extensions Workshop (private session) offers personalized, one-on-one guidance and support to help you refine your skills and overcome any challenges you may be facing.
With this program, you'll have access to expert guidance, troubleshooting, and observation as you work on your models or clients.

In this program, you will have access to our mentor, who will observe your skills, from client consultation to finishing a set properly and efficiently.
We offer two options for this program:
- Sessions, Most suitable for artists who need support with:
-Lash application, isolations, etc.
-Lash extension Retention
-Artists who need more hands-on practice to better their skills
With this option, our mentor will be present to address your needs and support you with any questions or struggles you may have. Each session is 3 hours long.
- Package sessions, Most suitable for NEW artists who are facing challenges with:
-Lash application, isolations, taping, extension pick up, etc.
-Lash extension Retention

With this option, our mentor will be fully observing your work from start to finish and help you with your client consultation and how to educate them effectively.
You can bring a live model/client or work on a Mannequin and other hands-on practices.

How long is the workshop?
Our workshop typically runs for 3-5 hours, giving you plenty of time to apply lashes, receive feedback, and improve your technique. This timeframe ensures that you get a comprehensive, hands-on experience.
Do I need prior experience to attend the workshop?
No prior experience is required! Whether you're a beginner or have been working as a lash artist for a while, the workshop is designed to cater to all skill levels. We customize our feedback to your current abilities.
What types of lashes will we work on?
You’ll work on a variety of lash types, ranging from thin and delicate to thick and voluminous. This exposure will help you gain confidence in applying extensions to different natural lash patterns, a skill that's crucial for working with diverse clients.

Hello,
My name is Farideh Fahoul. I’m the master lash artist, instructor, mentor, and founder of Flair de Beauté.
My journey as an eyelash artist began early in esthetician school in 2017, where I was first introduced to the art of eyelash extensions.
It was love at first sight, and I knew immediately that I wanted to pursue this craft as my career.
At the time, there was a big education gap for eyelash extensions. Learning from experience, practicing endlessly, and seeking education anywhere I could show me that the lash industry still needs to grow.
And I can contribute by passing on my experience to current and future lash artists.
These courses were created with passion and a deep understanding of what students need at each stage of their journey.
Each lesson is based on my experience in the lash industry. I incorporate helpful tips and tricks I've learned through hands-on work while avoiding the information overload that can overwhelm especially beginners.
The purpose of the mentorship program is to provide the support and education that I longed for when I was a new lash artist. While two or three-day training is sufficient to get you started, ongoing mentorship is essential as you encounter new challenges and questions in your practice.
Eyelashes are my passion! I love this industry, the artistry involved, and the way we make each individual feel. It’s a beautiful thing.
